Present at the Togoima talks in the municipality of Páez, Cauca, on 6 March 1991, the Peace Council and the Quintin Lame Armed Movement (Movimiento Armado Quintín Lame, MAQL) negotiating commission, regarding the various issues that have been discussed and analysed

During the course of this week, the government will appoint a permanent representative of MAQL to the National Constitutional Assembly.
MAQL will establish a camp in the Pueblo Nuevo indigenous shelter, in the municipality of Caldono, to which it will move all its armed forces from Sunday 10 March.
MAQL has established 31 May as the deadline for the definitive surrender of arms.
