Representatives of the various sectors of the country will be jointly invited, together with state officials and specialists on each of the points, without affecting initiatives to analyse these issues being undertaken in the country by civil, political, social and cultural organisations.

The parties agree on the importance of the ceasefire and cessation of hostilities to the country and will make joint efforts to create the conditions for an agreement by addressing the issue through its various components.

To start the talks, we have agreed to hold working sessions on the following points:
