VASIL TOPURKOVSKI, ACCEPTED BY THE PRESIDENCY OF SLOVENIA, HEADED BY MR.

MILAN KUCAN, ON JULY 2, 1991 IN LJUBLJANA

Regarding the crisis in Slovenia, we accept the following points:

1. Cease-fire immediately or at 19.00 on July 2, 1991 at the latest,

2. Separation of forces and withdrawal to the barracks:

in conflictless situations at once;

in problematic situations with the help of special commissions on lower level,

3. Release of prisoners on both sides,

4. Definition of the conditions of the cease-fire by a group composed of representetives of the organs of FSRY and the represantatives of the Republic of Slovenia,
