THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF THE CHECHEN REPUBLIC OF ICHKERIA

RESOLUTION

In order to cease hostilities between the CHECHEN REPUBLIC - ICHKERIA and the RF - RUSSIA and to achieve a peaceful solution of the CONFLICT:

RESOLVE

1. To enact the "PROTOCOL" signed by the delegation of CHR - ICHKERIA in the course of talks on peaceful resolution of the conflict of June 21, 1995.

2. The Commanding Officer of the Headquarters of the Armed Forces of CHR -ICHKERIA, Division General A. Maskhadov, should begin implementation of the block of war issues together with loca!
