    The parties signing this document (known hereafter as "the parties"), agree to the principle of joint cooperation for the immediate repair of the electricity system.

    The parties agree that this work will be conducted withing the already existing framework of the High Level Committee for Cooperation with the additional participation of a Croat delegation.

    The parties solemnly promise that hereafter their respective forces will not destroy any aspect or facility of the electricity system nor will they prevent any work conducted by repair maintenance teams. Additionally, the forces of the parties will not in any way interfere with or withhold provision of electricity to any other of the parties.

    Without hindrance of any discussions and agreements already made or made in the future by the High Level Committee for Cooperation, the parties agree that the following lines/systems should be immediately restored: 1. Jablanica-Kakanj; 2. Travnik-Novi Travnik- Nova Bila; 3. Visegrad-Gorzade-Foca; 4. Lepnica; 5. Visegrad-Zvornik; 6. Zepce.

1. The parties signing this document (known hereafter as "the parties"), agree to the principle of joint cooperation for the immediate repair of the electricty system.
