Page 1: In case of reciprocal commitment from both parties, we commit for 3 days, during which time an agreement will be made about a meeting between the authorities of Azerbaijan and Nagorno-Karabakh, to cease any offensive operations, including rocket and artillery launches as well as air bombardments. The agreement will come into force beginning at 00:00 hours on 25 July 1993, upon receiving the above mentioned commitments by the parties.
