We, the undersigned,

Mr Milan Panic, Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, Mr Mate Granic, Vice Prime

Minister of the Republic of Croatia,

In conformity with Article 118 of the Third Geneva Convention, which demands that prisoners of war

shall be released and repatriated without delay after the cessation of active hostilities, have
