ADDENDUM TO THE MEMORANDUM Of UNDERSTANDING OF 27 NOVEMBER 1991.

1. The delegation of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia confirms that the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia undertakes to respect all obligations arising from the Memorandum of Understanding of 27 November 1991 for the Federal Executive Council, the Yugoslav People's Army and the Republic of Serbia.

2. The Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Republic of Croatia agree to extend the rights and obligations of the Memorandum to those provided for by the Four Geneva Conventions of 12 August 1949 and by Additional Protocol I of 1977, on the territories under their control and in conformity with their acts of ratification or declarations of succession.
