In the name of Allah, the Beneficial, the Merciful
Praise be to Allah and I bear witness that there is no God but Allah and peace and blessings be upon the messenger of Allah.
Based on the words of Allah Almighty, ((and fitnah is worse than killing)) and the messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said:
((that is good for those who have suffered fitnah)), we put to the venerated mediation council, Allah save them, the following:
1. Cessation of the war;
removing the Houthi threat from us;
breaking the siege;
and a body exchange.
2. Grant a period of four days and nights in which I – and any of my students who so desire – can prepare our affairs for leaving Dammaj for al-Hudayadah governorate, and [grant that] we may leave safely with our belongings with the guarantee of the council, and kindly send a helicopter to transfer me with a mediation council escort, and [that] the state assumes responsibility for all the costs of transporting the students and the teachers, as well as their furniture and possessions.
