Statement of Understanding on Ta'iz

The two parties agreed on the following:

Form a joint committee including representative from the Civil Society and with the participation of the United Nations.

The two parties shall designate their representatives in the joint committee, and the names shall be delivered to the United Nations no later than one week after the conclusion date of Sweden consultations.

The United Nations shall set the date and location of the first meeting of the joint committee.

The joint committee shall determine its working mechanism and the ToRs of its members.
