Delegates from the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (FDRE) and the Ogaden National Liberation Front (ONLF) met on 21 October, 2018 in Asmara, Eritrea.

AND
THE OGADEN NATIONAL LIBERATION FRONT
