Ceasefire extension Agreement between the Government of India and the National Socialist Council of Nagaland/Reformation (NSCN/Rl.
Nagaland.
Government of India and Nahonal Socialist Council of Nagaland/Reformation (NSCN/R), Nagaland, have mutually decided to extend the Ceasefire Agreement with effect from 28th April 2021 for a period of one year i.e. till 27th April, 2022 to bring about a lasting peace in the State of Nagaland with the involvement of Naga people.
The Ceasefire will be subject to adherence to the Ceasefire Ground rules mutually agreed & signed by the two sides.
The Ceasefire Ground Rules will be subject to mutual review and amendment with the involvement of both the parties
Both the parties accordingly append their signatures, on this date, the 12th April, 2021 herein under, to give effect to the Ceasefire Agreement.
