The council of ministers will finalise the designation of said company for these purposes.

DIRECT DIALOGUE
SECOND AGREEMENT COMPLEMENTING
THE OUAGADOUGOU POLITICAL AGREEMENT
November 28, 2007
In application of paragraphs 1.3.3.3.
and 2.1.1.
of the Ouagadougou Political Agreement of March 4, 2007, concerning identification and registration on the electoral list, the two Parties signatory to this Agreement, agree as follows:
Article 1:
The two Parties agree on the appointment by the Government of the company SAGEM Security (SAFRAN Group), with headquarters at 27, rue Leblanc, 75512 Paris Cedex 15, France, as technical provider of the operations foreseen in paragraphs 1.3.3.3.
and 2.1.1.
of the Ouagadougou Political Agreement of March 4, 2007.
Article 2:
A decree ratified in the Council of Ministers will appoint the company SAGEM Security as the technical provider.
Article 3:
The present complementary agreement enters into force upon its signing.
