Preamble
i. The Parties to this Agreement, the Government of the Republic of South Sudan (GRSS) and the South Sudan Oemocratic/Army (SSOM/A) have agreed to come to negotıatıons in Juba.

ii. Follow-up on the GRSS appointment of SSOM/A positions at National and State levels within maximum of 30 days;
