PEACE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF CHAD AND THE FOLLOWING MOVEMENTS:

- In accordance with the relevant provisions of the United Nations Charter, the treaties of the African Union and the Community of Sahel-Saharan States on the regulation of conflicts by peaceful means,

- Responding to the appeal by the Brotherly Leader and Guide of the Great Fateh Revolution, MOHAMMAR AL GHADDAFI, High Peace Mediator in the CEN-SAD space, and the commendable mediation of His Excellency Omar Hassan Al Bashir, President of the republic of Sudan,

- Conscious of the need to establish a just and durable peace throughout Chadian national territory, and convinced by the obvious desire of the Government of the Republic of Chad and the following movements:

Article (1)

Total respect for the Constitution of the Republic of Chad.
