Today negotiations were continued.

The participants were:

the Russian Federation delegation.

the Chechen Republic delegation.

the OSCE group overseeing the Chechen crisis.

At the meeting, from 10 am to 1.30pm, guidelines were laid out for resolving a set of military issues.

a) The Cessation of armed activity is to be guaranteed by the following measures:
